Overview

Traditional archery is more than a technique. It is a discipline that develops awareness, patience, and inner stability.

This training program takes place in a forest environment where archers reconnect with the natural rhythm of movement, breathing, and focus.

Purpose of the Program

The aim of this training is to strengthen the foundations of traditional archery practice while cultivating mental clarity and physical endurance.

  • Develop instinctive shooting under natural conditions
  • Train concentration and breath control
  • Build endurance through outdoor practice
  • Understand the relationship between archer, bow, and landscape

The Training Philosophy

The forest environment naturally slows the mind and sharpens perception. Each shot becomes an act of awareness rather than force.

Participants train through repetition, observation, and gradual refinement of technique.

This program is designed for those who wish to deepen their relationship with traditional archery in a calm and disciplined environment.
