These retreats immerse participants in traditional archery practice, cultural study, and nature challenges. To ensure depth, technical focus, and an authentic encounter with the environment, cohorts are strictly limited to 6–12 participants.
THE DISCIPLINE MODULES
Each retreat targets a specific sensory or physiological load to verify the practitioner’s internal stability.
Archery Night Retreat
Focuses on training in low-light and night conditions to shift reliance from visual dominance to sensory intuition.
Archery & Systema Retreat
Integrates breathing, relaxation, and natural movement to maintain structural calm during the draw.
Archery & Fasting Retreat
Utilizes intermittent fasting and meditation to test mental clarity and physical regulation under caloric deficit.
Night Owl Retreat
A specialized module for night perception and environmental awareness in dense forest settings.
RETREAT DISCIPLINE
To maintain the metabolic and neurological baseline required for these modules, participants must adhere to the following strict guidelines:
Substance Restrictions
Smoking is heavily discouraged; a maximum of 2 cigarettes per day is permitted only in designated areas.
Nutritional Control
Coffee is permitted in moderation (1–2 cups/day); black coffee is recommended during fasting modules.
Prohibitions
Alcohol is strictly prohibited for the duration of the retreat.
Command Structure
Participants must follow instructor guidance at all times to ensure safety and technical integrity.
