3. Intellectual Property Clause
All content, materials, frameworks, structures, text, design elements, certification models, and methodologies presented on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Explorer Academy.
No part of this website may be reproduced, replicated, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Use of this website does not grant any license to replicate proprietary structures or systems.
4. Program Admission & Initiation Policy
Explorer Academy maintains a structured progression pathway. Participation in advanced environmental modules may require completion of the Mongolia Steppe Initiation or an equivalent prerequisite. Completion of a module does not guarantee advancement. Progression and certification are determined solely by performance under evaluation standards, and the Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in Explorer Academy field training involves inherent risks, including outdoor environmental exposure, variable weather conditions, and physical exertion. All participants must agree to and sign a formal Participant Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement prior to commencement of any physical training. Explorer Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with safety protocols.
6. Purchases, Custom Equipment, & Deliveries
Custom bows and specialized equipment ordered through the Explorer Adventures E-Shop are subject to extended manufacturing timelines (typically 2 to 6 months). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, standard withdrawal rights for customized goods do not apply once production has commenced.
