The Bowyer

For Sergey Tolochko, bow making is a dialogue between historical tradition and modern craftsmanship. Inspired by the archery cultures of the steppe, his bows reflect the powerful simplicity and efficiency that defined the weapons of nomadic warriors. Each bow is built with careful attention to balance, performance and durability. Rather than creating decorative objects, Sergey focuses on bows that are meant to be used — instruments that connect the archer with centuries of martial tradition.

The Lineage of the Bow

Kadys Bows are built on the principle that a bow must earn its place in the archer’s hands. Sergey Tolochko does not make bows for display. He makes bows for use — instruments that carry the functional philosophy of the steppe warrior tradition.
