Delivery & Manufacturing Policy

Explorer Adventures equipment is not mass-produced. Our tools are crafted with precision, designed for environmental exposure, and built to institutional standards. Consequently, our delivery timelines reflect the manufacturing discipline required.

1. Custom Bows & Bespoke Equipment

All MR Bows, Longbows, Asiatic Bows, and Elite Hornbows are made to order based on your specific requirements (draw weight, materials, and finish).

• Standard Manufacturing Time: 2 to 6 months from the date of order confirmation.
• Production times vary depending on the complexity of the bow and the current queue of the bowyer.
• You will be notified via email when your bow has passed final inspection and is ready for dispatch.

By placing an order for a custom bow, you acknowledge and accept this extended manufacturing timeline.

2. Standard Equipment & Bundles

Standard items, including arrows, quivers, and pre-configured elite training bundles (if components are in stock), are processed through our Estonian e-commerce entity (Explorer Adventures OÜ).

• Processing Time: 3 to 7 business days.
• Transit Time: Varies by destination. European deliveries typically take 5–10 business days; international deliveries may take 14–21 business days.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally. However, once a package leaves our European logistics hub, it is subject to the destination country’s import regulations.

• Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is strictly responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees applied by their country.
• Delays: Explorer Adventures cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or international postal strikes.

4. Damaged Deliveries

Upon receiving your equipment, please inspect the packaging immediately. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, you must document the damage with photographs and notify us within 48 hours at janfranko@tutanota.com so we can initiate a claim with the courier.
