Participation in the Academy is a privilege contingent upon the adherence to strict professional and ethical standards. We maintain a high-discipline environment where the focus remains exclusively on mechanical mastery and environmental resilience.
REMOVING EXTERNAL FRICTION
The Academy is a sanctuary for performance. To ensure the safety and focus of all members, we enforce a policy of strict neutrality. We treat the field as a sterile environment where external agendas, politics, and social divisions are left at the gate. Proficiency is our only metric of value.
The Rules of Engagement
These standards apply to all sanctioned events, expeditions, and digital forums within the Academy ecosystem.
- Operational Silence: Participants must maintain a focus on the task at hand. Distractions or behaviors that compromise the group’s focus are grounds for immediate review.
- Absolute Neutrality: Discussion of political, religious, or divisive social topics is strictly prohibited during Academy sessions. We are a global collective unified by the bow and the environment.
- Environmental Stewardship: Respect for the terrain is non-negotiable. We leave zero footprint and operate with absolute reverence for the biomes we occupy.
- Professional Integrity: Respect for the hierarchy of instruction and the safety of peers is mandatory. Any breach of safety protocol results in immediate decertification.
ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARDS
The Academy reserves the right to revoke certification or deny access to future modules for any participant who violates the Neutrality Principle or the Code of Conduct. Governance is handled by a review board to ensure fairness and the preservation of our institutional culture.
THE ETHICAL PREREQUISITE
Understanding and accepting this Code of Conduct is a prerequisite for any Tier I, II, or III certification. You are not just being audited on your accuracy; you are being audited on your character and your ability to maintain “structural calm” within a group dynamic.
