ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL TRACKS (NORTH AMERICA)
Optional parallel tracks for qualified participants. Not part of Tier progression.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW & PHILOSOPHY
These modules are designed for participants who have completed Tier I and seek specialized exposure to unique North American terrains. Access is granted via manual eligibility review.
“Proficiency is not linear. These tracks are designed to expose the archer to specific environmental stressors unique to the continent: extreme sightlines, erratic wind drift, and vertical terrain complexity”
TEMPERATE MOUNTAIN EXPOSURE
Focus on altitude gain, varied terrain, and load carriage discipline in shifting weather. The archer must master gravity and dense obstruction.
- Steep ascent protocols & vertical ballistics.
- Ridge navigation under load.
- Cold-weather adaptation & micro-terrain reading.
OPEN PLAINS / PRAIRIE EXPOSURE
Focus on extreme distance judgment, wind reading, and exposure to open elements. The archer must master the optical illusions of the flat horizon.
- Wind drift calculation over open ground.
- Horizon orientation & distance estimation.
- Minimalist cover strategy & silent movement.
